Founded in 1988, Pikos is a privately owned property and investment group dedicated to creating enduring residential landmarks. Our philosophy is simple to craft homes that reflect the way people aspire to live, in iconic locations that capture the spirit of Brisbane.

With decades of property development experience in Brisbane and Queensland, we select locations with enduring value and take a long-term approach to every project.
This capability is demonstrated at Skye by Pikos in Kangaroo Point, successfully completed despite a challenging construction environment while maintaining the quality and design integrity envisioned from the outset. Nearby, Gaia by Pikos is now under construction, continuing our investment in Kangaroo Point with a landmark riverfront development scheduled for completion in 2027.
